RECOMMENDED DOSE :Adults. Take 1 scoop up to 3 times daily (not to exceed one scoop per single dose). Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consume 45-90 minutes before exercising. Consume 30-60 g carbohydrates per hour of high intensity exercise.
