Tactical 3.0 is all about being thin, grippy, and protective. This next evolution in grip technology uses a new rubber formula that delivers exceptional grip and durability, ensuring a secure hold ensuring a secure hold during every rep. At a thickness of 1.85mm, these grips provide moderate protection while being forgiving on the hands. Perfect for low to medium rep schemes in dry, less humid conditions on powder-coated bars without chalk, Tactical 3.0 is designed to meet the needs of all athletes, regardless of size.

3-Finger grips are designed and intended to be used with fingers through the finger holes. These grips are not designed to be flapped over the bar and used as fingerless. Use of the grips without utilizing the finger holes will void the warranty.

These grips are extremely grippy when used in a chalk free situation (clean bar and clean grips). To avoid lock up (excess material becoming wedged between the bar and your palm) and to avoid injury follow these recommendations.
When performing movements such as muscle ups you will need to learn to relax/open your hands at the top. Do not over grip at the top of the skill and avoid pushing the excess material towards the palm with your fingers and/or thumb.
*We do not recommend using these grips in a chalk free situation for pullovers. If you insist on using these grips for pullovers, chalk the bar AND the grips to create less friction on the bar. Again remembering to open the hand as you rotate around the top of the bar.
General Care: Hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle–detergent only–then air dry.
Spot cleaning: Wipe down the black rubber side with either straight white vinegar or rubbing alcohol to strip off any residue.
