 RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. (oral): 1 serving (12 g) per day. Take up to an hour before, or during periods of physical stress. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks. For occasional use only. 

 WARNINGS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have had a heart attack / myocardial infarction, if you are taking blood pressure medication (hypertension or hypotension), thyroid medications, sympathomimetics or monoamine oxidase inhibitors, cold medicines containing decongestants (phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing ephedra or ephedrine, or any other blood pressure-increasing medication. Consult a health care practitioner if your cardiovascular status worsens.

Avoid taking this product with health products or food that contains caffeine and / or that raises blood pressure (eg, medicines, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, orange extract bitter, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Some people may suffer from gastrointestinal troubles (such as diarrhea).

Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. This product is not intended to replace sleep. Creatine can lead to weight gain.
