Melatonin - Sleep Support
Helps increase total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people with sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (eg shift work and jet lag).
Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (time to fall asleep aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome.
High concentration of 3 mg per capsule.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS (per capsule):
Melatonin... 3 mg
Magnesium Citrate... 75 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium citrate, brown rice powder, L-leucine, gelatin.
DURATION OF USE : For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner
RECOMMENDED DOSE : Adults. Take 1 capsule daily. Take once a day, at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.
