This technique plate is custom manufactured by TFF, this product was developed out of need not want. This plate is used for general warm-up, teaching children, and beginners, along with saving all those skinny, weak 10 pound plates on the market that simply do not hold up to the abuse weightlifting and CrossFit place upon them. This plate is identical in height of any bumper plate on the market and will fit comfortable on any olympic barbell.
