The Spark is the perfect introduction to speed jumping. Featuring the lightest speed handles offer (0.6oz), this rope is great for competitive speed jumping, double unders, and Crossfit. Ultra light handles are helpful for reducing hand and arm fatigue.

Sizing: Cable comes in a 10 foot length. Will fit anybody up to 6' 4" tall. Cut off the extra cable after adjusting with the adjustable screw/collar system.
Handles accept cable diameters up 3.2mm and everything thinner.
